Two-step sign-in

Add a code from an authenticator app to your Lead16 login.

Turn it on

  1. Open Settings, then Security.
  2. Scan the QR code with any authenticator app.
  3. Enter a code to confirm.
  4. Save your ten recovery codes somewhere safe.

From then on, a password, Google or an emailed link only gets you as far as the code prompt. Each code works once. Turning it on signs out your other devices.

Require it for a workspace

Owners can require two-step sign-in once they have it themselves. A member without it is taken to the setup page, and their API keys and connected AI apps stop until they set it up.

Lost your phone?

Use a recovery code. If you've lost those too, email support@lead16.com. Workspace owners can't reset it for you, because one person can belong to several workspaces.

The mobile app

The app needs its latest version to show the code screen. An older version asks you to update.
