3. Slack Integration

When you connect Slack, we access:

• Permission to post messages to your selected channel (chat:write)
• Ability to receive slash commands you send (commands)
• Incoming webhook to your chosen channel (incoming-webhook)

We do NOT read your private messages, access other channels, or access your Slack workspace data beyond what's needed for notifications.

You can disconnect Slack at any time from your Lead16 settings or revoke access from your Slack workspace settings.

4. Gmail Integration

When you connect Gmail, we access:

• Email metadata (subject, sender, recipient, date)
• Full email content (only when you open it)

Scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly

We do NOT send, delete, or modify your emails. We do NOT share your emails with third parties or use them for advertising.

Lead16's use of information received from Gmail APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
