Lead16 is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform that helps businesses manage leads, track sales pipelines, create invoices, and integrate with Gmail for communication tracking.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. Gmail Integration
When you connect your Gmail account to Lead16:
- You grant us read-only access to your Gmail account
- We use the scope:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly - We will NOT send, delete, or modify your emails
- We will NOT share your email data with third parties
- You can revoke access at any time via Google Account Permissions
Our use of Gmail data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Scrape or harvest data from the service
- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
6. Payment and Subscriptions
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
7. Data Ownership and Backup
- You retain all rights to your business data, leads, and content
- You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data
- We provide data export functionality for your convenience
- Upon account termination, your data may be deleted after 30 days
8. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Use the service in a manner that causes harm
You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page.
10. Limitation of Liability
Lead16 is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Intellectual Property
The Lead16 platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Lead16 and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
