Yes! Lead16 is an offline-first application. You can create leads, update deals, and work without internet. Everything syncs when you're back online.
Account & Billing
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Settings > Billing to view and upgrade your plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Please contact support@lead16.com for refund requests within 14 days of purchase.

Yes! Go to Settings > Deal Stages to add, remove, or rename stages.
How do I create an invoice?
On any lead, click Create Invoice. Fill in the details and send directly to your client.

Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS), secure password hashing, and encrypted OAuth tokens.
Can I export my data?
Yes, you can export your leads and invoices from Settings > Data Export.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support@lead16.com to request account deletion. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
