Ask Claude
Ask Claude is built into Lead16. It reads your records, drafts the work, and changes nothing until you click.
It is on the Professional and Enterprise plans.
Open it
Click Ask Claude in the sidebar, or the button in the page header. Type what you want in plain English, for example:
- Which invoices are overdue?
- Who haven't I spoken to in two weeks?
- Quote Amara for the courtyard, $8,400.
What it does on its own, and what waits for you

| Writing words for you | Shows the draft. Nothing is saved or sent |
| Changing something in Lead16 | Shows a card. Runs only when you click Approve |
| Reaching a customer | Shows the exact recipient, amount and content. Goes only when you click Approve and send |
If you click Decline, nothing is done.
Good to know
- It sees what you can see. A viewer gets no invoices or other money records.
- Each workspace has a daily allowance. Enterprise gets five times the Professional allowance.
- Text written by your customers reaches Claude as information to read, never as instructions to follow.
- It runs on Anthropic's Claude by default. See the privacy policy.
