Connect Gmail to Lead16 in 2 clicks: Go to Settings → Integrations → Connect Gmail. Lead16 automatically logs all emails with leads, tracks conversations, and lets you send emails directly from the CRM. Works with personal Gmail and Google Workspace. All email data stays synced even in offline mode.

Gmail Integration

Connect your Gmail account to Lead16 to automatically track email conversations with your leads.

How to Connect

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click Connect Gmail
  3. Sign in with your Google account
  4. Grant Lead16 read-only access

Privacy & Security

Lead16 uses the scope gmail.readonly which means:

  • We can read your emails to match them with leads
  • We cannot send, delete, or modify your emails
  • We do not share your email data with third parties

You can revoke access anytime at Google Account Permissions.

Matching Emails to Leads

Lead16 automatically matches emails when:

  • The sender/recipient email matches a lead's email address
  • You manually link an email to a lead

Troubleshooting

Emails not syncing?

  • Ensure Gmail is connected in Settings
  • Check that the lead's email address is correct
  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting Gmail
