How do I connect Gmail to Lead16?

Go to Settings > Integrations > Gmail, click "Connect Gmail", authorize Lead16 to access your Gmail account. All emails are automatically synced to Lead16 CRM within seconds and appear in each contact record . Takes 2 minutes to set up.

Does Gmail integration work both ways?

Yes! Bi-directional sync means emails you send from Gmail automatically appear in Lead16 contact timeline , and emails you send from Lead16 appear in your Gmail Sent folder. Full conversation history in both places.

Can I track email opens and clicks?

Yes. When you send emails from Lead16, we track opens, clicks, and replies. See exactly when prospects open your email and which links they click. Perfect for sales follow-up timing.

Will Lead16 have access to all my emails?

Lead16 only accesses emails related to contacts in your CRM. We do not read personal emails or emails from contacts not in your system. You can revoke access anytime from Google Account settings.
